Subject says it all, I'd like the ability to nominate some lines as capital sensitive in my RSS filters. Or maybe default to caps sensitivity on, and have a way to escape it in-line. Either way.
I've noticed that some spam is coming through with lower case everything, this option could be used to combat that problem.
