Title: Does alt.binz have posting ability?

alt.binz is wonderful for downloading and I feel it's #1
I'm wondering if it can be used to upload files to usenet or post to newsgroups.

If this request is not possible what program or software are the expert posters using currently?

Altbinz is not a posting program, nor will it likely contain such feature.
You can a program like : Powerpost, you can download a version from this page http://powerpost.camelsystem.nl/downloads.php
