Title: Double Click toggles enabled/disabled server thread

Just a small request.. In the server pane while downloading, I sometimes increase/decrease the number of threads as I'm downloading. It would be somewhat quicker if double-clicking toggled a thread to be enabled/disabled, instead of right click-disable..

And maybe, if double clicking in the empty space in the server pane, added a new thread?

I know.. I'm just lazy..

I second that, maybe you could just add a "+" and "-" to add or remove threads.
