Hi
Not sure if this is a feature But could not see it. Any chance of having a double unzip /unrar facility?
It is is getting quite common where sometimes there will be 2-3 zip and unrar files included in the orginal rar
i.e unrar -> extracts to reveal another archive normally a zip -> unzip extracts to yet another rar archive -> unrar then extracts actual files.
I guess it could check on each full extract (to a new folder) if it is zipped/rared, and if it is, complete another unzip/rar process until the end result?
Any Chance of having this?
Many thanks

I've only ever seen this with passworded or virus rubbish. What on earth is the point?

I've seen this quite often where the poster tries to reduce the file size by RARing source files, ZIPping the RAR then re-RARing the ZIP
It makes no difference to the size of the original RAR file but is a PITA. However, I agree with Hecks that this is quite often a technique used to hide a malicious payload as AV programs usually only check the first level of a compressed file (ZIP or RAR). Personally, I wouldn't want this as an default option as I like to be in control of situations like this.
