Title: Group monitor that automatically gets requested file as soon as it is uploaded

With the current problems we are seeing with files disappearing pretty quickly, (especially on Astraweb) would it be possible to perform an un-attended automatic search (time frequency configurable) for a file then connect and grab it as soon as it turns up?

This is what the RSS tab is for.

Remember also that the indexers determine how quickly results are displayed after upload. The time can vary quite a bit between them.
