improvements for new queue filter feature

it'd be great if instead of cycling through the list on click, if clicking gave us a drop down menu.

Also, I don't see any way of being able to tell which mode it is in.  The tool tips for the button don't say anything except always being "include/exclude" and the text box always says "Filter Subject [it would be wise to expand first ]"

Hint should be updated. There are 4 different icons for 4 modes?

ah, I see the yellow/light brown square behind the icons on the button now for two of the options.  as long as the tooltips are updated, that's probably enough.
