Title: Include/Exclude filter within the RSS tab

would it be possible to add an instance of the include/exclude object in the rss tab? (same object that exists in all the search engine tabs)
... ie, so I can filter the rss items already in that list, without having to alter the rss url or anything, just the data already in the rss tab.
