Title: Intelligent cleanup of the download and par2 queues

What would be nice is if after downloading the file, and the par2 passes and unrar is sucessful, then the par2 listing is removed (when the files are deleted) and the download entry is also cleared when the archive files are deleted (after the successful unraring).
