Unrar Improvements

I used 0.39.2 for a while now, so some of those things may already been fixed, but at least I haven't seen that mentioned in the version descriptions, so they probably weren't.

Here are my suggestions:

- You can only see that altBinz is unraring something in the taskbar icon. Showing "Unraring" in the Status column would be great, reuse of the percentage bar in the status column - maybe in another color than the download percentage - would be tops.

- It seems AltBinz only recognizes and unrars a certain kind of rar file groups.
It unrars x.rar, x.r00, x.r01 etc., but fails to do the same with x.part01.rar, x.part02.rar etc.

It shows the Unrar status and progress on the PAR2 tab. I'm not sure, but I think it only knows whether a download is complete and can be unrared or not by the fact it has PAR2/SFV information - hence the unrar info being on that tab.
