Alt.Binz is a Delphi/Win32 app, so no ... but works fine under Darwine:

(though there is a Delphi for OSX in the works, it seems)

I have VMware installed on my mac SOLELY for altbinz. The closest thing to it on the mac side is unison, which imho can't even compare to this. I would be willing to re-donate for a native OSX client.

A better Usenet app on the Mac side is NZB Drop.  It was great, but I didn't use it enough to justify buying a license (I mostly use alt.binz on a home server instead).
