Force Re-Download

It would be nice to have a feature that would allow one to re-download a file that is already downloaded [IE: bypass filters,etc.]

I thought this would be a nice idea... maybe in a collection instead of the file disappearing it could turn green for a good download or red if failed, with a right click option to re-download incase I do something stupid like delete it.
