Title: Option to have the "old" way of Downloadin&Dec

Couple of altbinz rlz ago, someone asked to prioritize the downloading process because HD scratchin during decoding would cost him some download speed.

I'm ok with that but I prefer the old altbinz behavior. Atm on my ghetto box, every DL once finished tends to have a bunch of stuff left to decode.

A simple checkbox in Setup download (or misc) options would make me happy.

No changes were made to thread priorities. I think I'll implement changing thread priorites for decoding & par2/unrar threads
