Title: pause collection when not enough pars/removed from server

Is there a way to not have a popup when this happens?  Rarely do I see this, but is there a way to just have it pause as a different colour icon and not have a message instead. Or if there is a message, have a timeout so downloads can continue in case I'm not at the computer...
