It would be nice to have a WAV sound played after a download completely finishes (i.e., after any repairing and unraring, if selected). I'm thinking of a selectable option similar to the one common in DVD-burning software (ImgBurn or Nero, for instance).

hopefully not the sound when "Adaware" finishes :D

P.S. The reason for this suggestion is that sometimes - not always - I like to know immediately when a download has finished, without checking the download queue every other minute.

Added, for now just after it finishes downloading (not checking for par2 repair and unrar)

Wow, that was quick! Great work. Thanks.

Works fine. Playing around with it I had two thoughts:
1. It would be nice, if the sound played after the whole repair/unrar process finished. It sometimes takes quite some time between the download finishing and the rest being done. But I think you already have this planned.
2. An alternate sound in case the repair/unrar process fails would be convenient. This would alert the user that some additional action is needed. So there would be two sounds, as in DVD-burning software: One for success, and one for failure.
