Title: Queue Tab suggestions

just a few things that'd be nice to be able to toggle on/off:

- sticky ETA of current NZB (currently, it reverts to total ETA after several seconds)

- filename only in list (strip header subject and just display filename.ext)

- hide the toolbar (the one with all of the right-click menu items.. it's redundant)

You can try to parse the subject for a "likely" filename, but the filename isn't truly known until at least one article (section) is downloaded.
