Title: RAR-in-RAR Archives

I realise that this was discussed last year, but it's becoming more prevalent now - password protected archives within a non-password protected archive, accompanied by an html file for a survey.

Newsleecher has the option to pause downloads that include password protected RAR-in-RAR archives - possible in Alt.Binz?
