NZBPlay for whole video files
« on: October 11, 2024, 11:22:45 pm »
Hello,
There seems to be an adoption of switching to unrared/unzipped releasemodels from my favourite indexer boards.
So mostly mkv's that will be directly downloadable in one part by Alt.Binz.
That disables the useage of NZBPlay since it seems to need a multipart archive in order to generate the partial playable file.
But since there are chunks of uncompressed parts downloaded in the temp folder, it should be possible to use those to generate a playable file.
Would help a lot to preview high quality releases and saves some minutes until you can watch while downloading.
If not possible with Alt.Binz maybe with ffmpeg and a script. What format does those temp chunks have?
Thanks
