Remote Altbinz Access

Would it be possible to have a backend to be able to login remotely to? So for example, I am away from home and I want to queue up NZBs, I log into http://1.1.1.1:5226/ then there is a page which I can upload NZB and check altbinz status.

I think there is already a NZB software which can achieve this.

Can Altbinz sense new NZB files in a Folder? That would be amazing. I could then setup a FTP, upload NZBs and it would see them.

Yes, it does. You could also use the generated XML file to show some very basic info. Unfortunately, the XML file doesn't show the active download.

It's called auto import, see setup->NZB tab. You should have seen that. :D

I've already written and plan to maintain a .Net assembly to read and process the alt binz queue file which might be useful to build an asp page around to display the data. Could also possibly use http.sys in any win xp sp2 or vista based machine to host the webserver. Would people be interested in this? (Possibly with authenticated upload to the nzb directory?)

I also have the core of a php based reader for the queue file but I need to add support for the latest queue file changes (wouldn't take long)

Let me know if you'd like info on it.

Since your dll for reading the Alt.Binz queue file is so impressive, I look forward very much to anything else you might release. :)
