Title: Searching in multiple groups

This request is from german user Bullz:

Would it be possible to add a feature to search multiple groups at once?

How it should work:

- Option to make groups with a custom name.
   example: "TV" containing: a.b.mm , a.b.tv , a.b.tv.german , ....

- search in a.b.mm
- search in a.b.tv
- search in a.b.tv.german
- ...
- combine all search results in one list
