shutdown extra options

I would like to have extra options for the shutdown option.

Setting for:

- Starting altbinz with the shutdown already selected together with the schedule function.

- Shutdown based on time (this wil help to stop downloading om specific time and not waisting energy on running pc)

I like the last one. Sometimes I have the problem altbinz doesn't finish a file so it will never shutdown my pc.
With the timed shutdown option I could set the shutdown time to "remaining time + whatever you think it needs more".
