Throttle alt.binz from the commandline

I think it would be handy if you could throttle alt.binz from the command line.

Ex. Alt.binz is already running
then run altbinz.exe /throttle20
and this would throttle alt.binz to 20%.

Don't you think you are the "only" one who thinks this is a nice feature to have. And what do you want to achieve with such a possibility.

I notice that the altbinz_status.xml file has a <limit> field, but unlike <connect> it can't be changed programatically, which might be handy for those that need it.
