Title: Transfered MBs in statusbar - set and limit options

Transfered MBs should have two more options on right click beside Reset, Set to set to start value (if u use limited broadband connection and you already used some MBs) and Limit to set limit, after which is achieved, Alt.Binz should pause downloading files.
