I was wondering if it would be possible to implement the "add thread" but instead of choosing what server to add the thread for you can chose an item on your download list. I ask this because my current news provider (threw my ISP) downloads from giganews and caches it locally but it is somewhat slow if it pulling it from the states but if someone has already downloaded it, it is full speed so if i could specify just a single thread to download then let the others download at the slower speed i could utilize the whole bandwidth.
