Use "execute after unraring" to launch other applications. What do you mean with send keys to other applications.

1.) It's visible in the queue scroll sideways
2.) it runs after each unrared collection
3.) u can either set a global execute command in the settings which aplies to every newly added collection and/or u can specify individualy for each collection via shortcut crtl+K
