I haven't got many details on it, but haven't had any problems myself with retentions.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows any specific statistics of retention etc.
I've read in a few places the bandwidth is unlimited (as long as you stay within your accounts FUP... but this would apply even if you specifically bought e.g. unlimited Giganews, so that's not really a factor).
I think they're a reseller of Giganews, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, my main question would be what kind of retention they have?
